Christine Callander is a phenomenal holistic Nurse Practitioner. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, forward thinking, a huge proponent of informed consent, and a vaccine expert.

 

If you are on the fence about vaccinating, or know you want to vaccinate in some capacity, aren't comfortable with the CDC recommended schedule, but don't know where to start when it comes to creating an alternative schedule...

 

Christine is willing to schedule a telehealth vaccine consultation to answer your questions, and help you put together a schedule that's best for your child and your comfort levels. This is open to ANY STATE, not just Texas (where she practices).

 

She does ask that you have done some vaccine research beforehand, and have somewhat of an idea of what you may want your schedule to look like (i.e all vaccines just spread out; only some vaccines, etc) as there is not enough time to do a full vaccine education AND a schedule development in the allotted time.

• Two great vaccine education books she recommends:

  • The Vaccine Book by Dr. Sears - my personal fav OR

  • The Vaccine Friendly Plan by Dr. Thomas - keep in mind that since writing this book Dr. Thomas has switched his view point to 100% anti-vax, and has been under some hot water in the media (just in case you Google him and see this lol), but some find this book more digestible. Personally, I think they're both easy reads.

 

Consult Cost: ~$150 (subject to change based on complexity)

You can schedule online at her website: purehealthtexas.com. Schedule as a "New Pediatric Patient" and where it says additional details about your visit write "telehealth vaccine consult referred by Alex Kelly."

 

In the comment section put “Vaccine Consult. Referred by Alex Kelly.” She does not do this for just anyone, so you must mention my name.
