Prepping for ALUMINUM Vaccines with Silica
Some vaccines contain aluminum salts, which are used as adjuvants to help strengthen the immune response. Injected aluminum is processed differently than ingested aluminum because it bypasses the digestive tract.
When aluminum is consumed orally, only a small percentage is absorbed through the gastrointestinal system, while most of the rest is excreted. Whereas injected aluminum enters tissue directly.
Silica naturally has a high affinity for aluminum. Silica naturally reacts with aluminum, forming aluminosilicate:
Silica + aluminum = aluminosilicate.
“Aluminosilicates are nontoxic and almost biologically inert. So silica effectively detoxifies aluminum by converting it into aluminosilicate, which is eliminated by the kidneys. This reaction between silica and aluminum can occur inside the body, and is believed to be an important mechanism for aluminum detoxification” (3)
As with many toxicology topics, factors such as dose, form, route of exposure, and an individual’s ability to clear substances from the body all matter when evaluating potential risk.
SILICA DOSAGES
twice per day for two weeks following an aluminum vaccine
<10 lbs: 2 drops (NOT DROPPERFULS)
10-20 lbs 3-4 drops (NOT DROPPERFULS)
20-30 lbs 5-6 drops (NOT DROPPERFULS)
30-40 lbs 6-8 drops (NOT DROPPERFULS)
Does silica make vaccines less effective?
A question I often get is: if aluminum is used in vaccines to help stimulate the immune response, would taking silica before or after vaccination make the vaccine less effective?
Aluminum is added to some vaccines because it helps the immune system recognize the antigen more strongly, enhances the immune response, and can help that response last longer. Part of how it works is by creating inflammation that activates the immune system.
The idea behind silica is not that it removes all aluminum from the body, but rather that it may help the body process and eliminate excess aluminum so the total burden does not become overwhelming.
The antigen itself can still be recognized by the immune system and antibodies can still be produced. Some people also believe it’s important to support the body’s ability to handle inflammation, since an exaggerated inflammatory response may be more difficult for certain individuals to tolerate. This is one reason some parents choose to be aware of how many aluminum-containing vaccines are given at a single visit and discuss spacing options with their healthcare provider to potentially reduce the overall inflammatory load at one time.
Prepping for Vaccines with Vitamin C
"Vitamin C has been documented to augment the antibody response of the immune system (while offering toxin protection). As the goal of any vaccination is to stimulate a maximal antibody response to the antigens of the vaccine while causing minimal to no toxic damage to the most sensitive of vaccine recipients, there would appear to be no medically sound reason not to make Vitamin C a part of all vaccination protocols (4).
A review of the world literature on Vitamin C and vaccine reactions in animals showed that supplementing with Vitamin C has a protective effect (5). Research has also shown that Vitamin C reduces the morbidity and the mortality following injection of bacterial and toxins in guinea pigs, rats, and mice.
A 2017 study showed that Vitamin C supplementation improved the efficacy of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine in guinea pigs (6).
Studies of aborigines in Australia by Kalokerinos have also reported on the highly protective effects of Vitamin C in children (7).
Recommended forms:
sodium ascorbate for babies (less acidic)
ascorbic acid can be considered as a child gets older
Dr. Levy's recommended dosage: (4)
>10 lb: 500 mg/day
10-20 lb: 1,000 mg/day
20lb-10 years: 1,000 mg for each year of life
for 7 days prior to a vaccine, and for another 7 days post vaccine.
Note: May cause diarrhea. If this occurs, reduce dose.
Dr. Sears’ recommended dosage: (8)
Infants: 150mg daily
Toddlers/Preschoolers: 250mg daily
Older Kids/Teens: 500mg daily
Once daily for 5 days starting on the day of the vaccine
Note: May cause diarrhea. If this occurs, reduce dose.
If you are uncomfortable with the large dose Dr. Levy recommends, you could consider Dr. Sears’ recommendation. “Even taking a one time dose of Vitamin C in the dosages suggested above directly before the injections can still have significant toxin-neutralizing and anti-body stimulating effects. It's just that an even better likelihood of having a positive outcome results from extending the pre- and post-dosing periods of time.” Dr. Levy
Some of my fav Vit C's for vaccine support:
Revitalize Wellness powder (20% off) - 1/4tsp = 1,000mg
Bulk Supplements powder - 3/4tsp = 2,000mg
BKN liquid - 1 packet = 1,000mg (contains honey: 12mo+)

Prepping for Vaccines with Vitamin A
Vitamin A helps with neurological health and regulating the immune system’s response to infections. There is research believing that it can play a role in protecting the brain from vaccine side effects (8).
Dr. Sears’ recommended dosage: (8)
Infants: 1500 IU daily
Toddlers/Preschoolers: 2500 IU daily
Older Kids/Teens: 5000 IU daily
Once daily for 3 days prior to a vaccine, and continue each day for 10 days after
Vit A option for babies (6 drops = 1,500 IU)
Vit A option for toddlers+ (1 drop = 2,500 IU)

Detoxing with Probiotics
A 2011 study found that administering probiotics daily starting 2 months prior to the MMR and chickenpox vaccine and continuing at least 3 months after slightly improved effectiveness and decreased the number of reactions. Dr. Sears recommends anything with Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria.

Prepping the Body for Vaccines with Bentonite Clay
After receiving a vaccine you can do what's called "mudding" the injection site and the tops and bottoms of feet. All you need is Bentonite Clay and Medi-Mineral Serum. Mix a few TBSP of the clay with a few tsp of the serum to make a paste. Apply on the injection site and tops and bottoms of feet. Leave for 20-30 minutes (you can wrap with plastic wrap or a thin cloth to make cleanup easier).
Do this 1x/day for 3 days after receiving a vaccine.
*best to not use a metal bowl or spoon as metal can react with the clay and change its properties.
Bentonite Clay: helps remove impurities from the body
Medi-Mineral Serum: hydrates skin, rich in minerals strengthen the skin and immune system, antioxidant properties, detoxification promotion
Prepping the Body for Vaccines with Epsom Salt & Baking Soda
Soak in a bath with 1/2-1 c of Epsom salt and 1/2-1 c baking soda for 10 minutes. This will boost sulfur levels in the body to increase the detoxification process.
Do this the same day as the vaccine (after the vaccine has been administered. Be mindful of how long you keep baby in as too much epsom salt can cause fatigue, dehydration, skin irritation, and diarrhea. We typically aim for 10-15 minutes.
Should I Vaccinate if My Child is Sick?
The consensus is that it’s generally okay to give a vaccine when a child is ill. I personally think coming back when the child is well is worth the hassle. If a child is already behind on meeting milestones, or has known areas of inflammation for whatever reason, I would consider waiting as well.
The following precautions are theoretical, as vaccinating during illness or allergy has not been adequately researched:
vaccines can “distract” the immune system for several days. This could cause any minor illness to worsen, and a vaccine reaction may be more likely to occur (8).
active allergic problems could potentially setup more severe reactions since the hyperactive immune system may overreact to the vaccine (8).
cold/cough: wait until resolved for several days
fever: wait until a week after resolved
diarrhea: wait until bowels back to normal for a week
antibiotics: wait until off for two weeks, and stool back to normal, and no persistent yeast rash
allergies: wait until severe problems are resolved (or at least improved); including: colic, reflux, eczema, mucus stools
I would personally hold off anytime a child is not 100%, whether that’s teething, an inflamed bug bite, fighting off an illness, etc. Anything that could make a reaction harder to recognize or respond to, or situations where the immune system is already working hard and adding another immune challenge could potentially push it into overdrive.
Support the Body's Natural Detox Pathways
Our body’s are beautifully designed with a very smart, natural detox system. These practices are beneficial for everyday of life, not just when vaccinating:
Ensure the body’s exit routes are functioning properly
Support gut health
Support the liver
Nervous system is regulation
Adequate fiber
Hydration and mineral balance
Suppoty glutathione production
Nose and airway support
Proper sleep and breathing
Sweat and jump
Reduce toxin load

Detoxing the Covid Spike
If you are suffering from long-covid, wish to "detox" the vaccine, or are at a higher risk of spike protein disease, (whether from natural exposure or vaccination) the Independent Medical Alliance has a fantastic protocol.
Immune dysregulation is the primary issue, so the goal is to stop the body from producing spike proteins and to mitigate toxic effects. You don't want to suppress the immune system, so immunosuppressants are not recommended - only in a few occasions for those with autoimmune issues to begin with. We want to retrain the immune system to heal itself!
