This is not medical advice.
One of the top FAQs I get is "is this safe for pregnancy / breastfeeding?" The deal with a lot of natural remedies is that they simply just aren't studied in that population to determine without a doubt yes or no. Because of this, everyone is going to have their own opinions and comfort levels.
For example:

I applied undiluted peppermint oil to my temples and neck often during both my pregnancies when I had migraines. I felt 100% comfortable, and would much rather do than then take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen. That is my comfort level. It may not be yours, and that's okay.
For the sake of this post, I’m only sharing options that are generally considered "safe" by both the “crunchy” community and the medical establishment.
General Remedies for All Sickness
Rest - your body heals when it sleeps!!
Hydration - added electrolytes, bone broth!!
Chiropractic adjustments
Epsom salt baths
Cool air
Sunshine
General Immune Support
Vitamin C - The Front Line Fighter
A powerful antioxidant that protects immune cells from damage caused by free radicals, and enhances the function of white blood cells responsible for attacking pathogens.
Vitamin D - The Immune Regulator
Prevents excess inflammation and supports the activation of T-cells, the immune cells that target infected cells.
Zinc - Infection Fighter & Repair Specialist
Zing possesses direct antiviral Properties. It helps wound healing, enzyme function, and supports the production and activation of immune cells.
I like this Zinc, because the way it’s dosed is super easy to customize for any age.
Magnesium - Inflammation Modulator
Magnesium helps regulate inflammation and supports the activity of natural killer cells and white blood cells. It is estimated that between 48-60% of Americans are magnesium deficient.
Magnesium lotion or epsom salt baths are a great way to get in that extra immune support without having to add another oral supplement
