FACE

DIME Jelly Cleanser (code: ALEXK)

I really like this! It smells really good, and it’s super light and slick. I keep this in the shower for when I was my face In the shower at night.

There’s no denying all of PP’s products are quality, and this soap does lather really well. But tbh I don’t know if I would buy again. I think it’ll depend on how long it lasts and if it ends up being worth the price.

I have bought this so many times I can’t even keep track. It’s extremely budget friendly, and so versatile. I’ll use it to remove my makeup, oil cleanse, and hydrate!!

I like it, but for the price probably won’t rebuy. I much prefer the Everything Spray (armpit section) - I think it’s more versatile. But I do appreciate that both are a very fine mist.

DIME Blue Facial Oil (code: ALEXK)

I LOVE blue tansy oil, especially as a serum. Primally Pure also has a great one, but I like DIME’s just as much and it’s a MUCH better price.

OBSESSED with this. I have only tried this and their Pumping Cream, but I definitely prefer this one.

ARMPITS

I mostly use this on my armpits before applying deodorant, or if I need a refresh during the day. But I have also used it on my face and chest before when they were feeling a bit inflamed. I think this is my second time buying this? So would definitely buy again.

Primally Pure Deodorant (code: ALEXK10)

Oh my gosh. I have tried SO many “natural” deodorants, and this is by far my favorite (next up Little Seed Farm charcoal). However, I personally do not like the Charcoal PP. It as eucalyptus, which I don’t like. But the Vanilla + Citrus is chef’s kiss This is my 3rd or 4th tube. So def would (and have) buy again!

PERFUME

DIME Perfume (code: ALEXK)

My absolute favorite. I get compliments all the time. My favorite scent is Lovely Sweet Dreams, but I also like the 7 Summers too. You can also get their sample pack to find which is your fav.

BODY LOTION

It has a similar balm to melt feel as Earthley's, which is my favorite type of body butter - but I honestly prefer Earthley’s over this, and it’s waaaay more affordable too. But I do like this!

Earth Mama Lotion (code: ALEX10 on website)

Yes, I’ve been using baby lotion for myself. Ha! It’s okay, but I don’t personally feel like it’s anything to write home about. Love the ingredients, though.

They don’t make my fav scent anymore (Blueberry Muffin), but oh my gosh that feel of this body butter is my FAVORITE. It’s almost like a balm that turns into a melt on the skin. I LOVEEE it.

Dry brushing helps support lymphatic drainage, boost circulation, and support detox pathways. It also exfoliates the skin. Win win. I try and do this daily, but honestly I need to bae better about it.

SELF TANNER

I will never not have either of these on hand, especially during the summer. This bronzing lotion adds an immediate color and washes off in water. It’s great If I want an Instant tan, but forgot to do the gradual self tanner (Beauty by Earth) the night before. You can also layer to customize your color. Not good for pool parties, though, because it washes off with water.

Beauty by Earth Self Tanner Drops (code: ALEXKELLY on website)

This is your more traditional gradual self tanner. I have and love their lotion too, but I like their drops too because I can just add a few drops to my daily body lotion. I don’t think it gets as dark after one application as the lotion, but it’s an easier application for daily use.

ORAL CARE

Currently I'm using Zebra (ALEXK) and Dr. Jen's toothpaste. Zebra is a great option for a xylitol only toothpaste, and Dr. Jen for a nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste. It’s low key WAY too much info and needed context to get into what type of toothpaste is best - so check out my toothpaste guide.

Electric toothbrushes remove significant more plaque than manual toothbrushes, and an 11 year study found that electric brushes resulted in 22% less gum recession.

Landis Felts, naturopathic RDH and myofunctional therapist, compares the tongue to a shag carpet. If we aren’t cleaning the tongue, then bacteria settles and stays. Yikes! One study found that using a tongue scraper reduces volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs) by 75%, while the toothbrush only achieved a 45% reduction.
