This is what's in our current holistic medicine cabinet as of December 2025...

Things I Often Grab

Saline for Nebulizer (0.9%, designed for nebulizer, sterile, sodium chloride ONLY)

  • This is the saline I used to exclusively recommend. I ordered it myself, and it’s the same one my friend in the ER uses in her hospital. However, it is sold by a 3rd party on Amazon, which I can’t verify.

  • If you feel more comfortable purchasing the same one from a medical supply company:

  • Or this one on Amazon seems to check all the boxes, and is sold by Base Laboratories Amazon storefront.

    ✅0.9%

    ✅for inhalation

    ✅sodium chloride only

Garlic Oil (for ear infection prevention when congested)

Things I HAVE Used, but Not Often

Oscillococcinum (for flu-like symptoms)

Things I have on Hand, but Have Never Used

Sniffle Stopper Balm (was gifted this)

Stress Relief homeopathy (got as a free sample at Natural Grocers)

Cold Calm homeopathy (got as free as Natural Grocers)

Aconitum napellus (for sudden, high fevers)

Allium cepa (for runny nose)

Dye free Motrin (for worst case scenario, I hope to never use)

Genexa Acetaminophen (for worst WORST case scenario, I don't ever plan on ever using)
